How do I purchase a gift Voucher?

You can purchase a gift voucher in the gifts section. Cloud 10 gift vouchers do not have an expiry date so you can redeem them at any time you wish. The recipient of the gift voucher must have a valid email address in order to receive the gift voucher and also redeem their voucher. The gift voucher can only be redeemed by shopping online at Cloud 10 Beauty. We will ask you for the recipient's name, email address, your preferred delivery date and also your personalized message to the recipient. As Gift Vouchers are emailed there is no shipping charge.

I purchased a Gift Voucher, Can I return it?

Yes all Gift Vouchers can be returned so long as they have not been redeemed against a purchase and we are notified within 30days.

How do I redeem My Gift Vouchers?

To redeem your gift voucher simply enter the gift voucher code in the gift voucher box at checkout. If you do not use your entire gift voucher in this purchase the remainder will be available for use at a later date.

How long is my Gift Voucher Valid for?

There is no expiry date on your gift voucher.

How do I find out the balance on my Gift Voucher?

Simply enter the voucher code within you're my account section to see what value is remaining on your Gift Voucher.

I made purchases with a Gift Voucher, Can I return these?

Yes we offer a refund on any unwanted good returned to us within 30 days from date of delivery. An online store credit will be issued for any orders returns which have been paid for by a gift voucher. We will not offer cash refunds for purchases made with a gift voucher.
