How do I create an Account?

You can create an account by clicking on the Sign up button at the top of the page. You will be asked to provide your contact information and choose a password. You can also add in payment details and create your personal profile when signing up or you can choose to add these items later.

How do I check my Order Status & History?

You can check the status of your order and also review your purchase history in the My Account section when you are logged in.

How do I update my profile?

You can update your profile at any time by clicking on My Profile in My Stuff. You can edit your profile, change your profile picture and tell us a little about yourself. You can also reply to any comments you have received to your profile.

Forgot your Password?

If you have forgotten your password click on the forgot password link when logging in. Your password will be emailed to your account.

Email Subscription?

You can sign up to receive all the latest news from Cloud 10 by using the Sign Me Up on the homepage or by 'Opting In' in My Account.
