How do I search for a product?

There are a number of ways you can search for a product. The easiest way to shop is to browse through the categories at the top of the web page. You can then filter through what you are looking for by clicking on the sections on the left hand side.

Alternatively if you know exactly what you are looking for you, just type the name of the product or brand into search and click search. We will find everything relating to that search.

You can also shop by your favourite brand. Simply choose your brand from the drop down menu at the top right hand side of the page.

Once you have found what you are looking for simply click add to shopping bag to buy now or add to wish list to store the item in your wish list.

How do I know my order has been received?

We will automatically send you an order confirmation email the moment you submit your order to the email address you supplied during registration. If you don't get it, check to make sure you gave us your correct email address and also check your junk-mail folders, as they sometimes end up there with all the funny pill and cheap watch emails we receive. If we need any more information to complete your order we will be in touch by email. Otherwise your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will send you an email as soon as your order has been sent for delivery.

How can I check the status of my order?

When you are logged in you can check the status of your order in your My Account section within My Stuff.

How do I pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Laser, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.

To save items to your shopping bag so that they are there when you next log in simply open the shopping bag and click save.

Creating a wish list?

To create a wish list simply click the add to wish list button underneath the product description in the product page. You can check and edit your wish list in My Account.

How do I get my Free Samples?

All qualifying orders can select up to 3 free samples during the checkout process. If your order qualifies for free samples, you will be directed to the samples page which displays all samples that are available on that day. You can then choose up to 3 free samples depending on your order size. These samples will be included with your order.
