Fantastic product. true to colour, and (a cliché at this stage!), but a little does go the longest way. Must admit I thought the tube would be bigger though ... Beginners beware! This will require some practice if you've never tried this kind of product out before. But it's honestly so worth it! Once it's dried, it doesn't transfer at all. I bought the shade 'Mauve Over'. I absolutely love this product. I got the mauve over and its a fabulous pink with purple tones. I apply it with a lip brush and it never smears or bleeds and I wear a lipstick or gloss over and you don't need to touch your lips on a night out. I have 4 sleek pout paints:cloud 9, milkshake, peachy keen and pinkini. They were all super pigmented when I originally got them. But some have separated and are very hard to apply. Pinkini is the only one that hasn't separated so far and it's amazing. It stays on the lips for ages and is super pigmented. Don't know if I'd repurchase though, due to the separation. This product are such a good investing! You can mix colours, make different shades, lighting, darkening... everything!

I love the pout paints I have four now recently I bought milkshake, minx and pinup. They have so much pigmentation it's unreal and they really do stay for a long time. For the darker colour definitely use a lip brush as they can get a little messy when applying but for the lighter tones you can get away with not being as careful. These are great value. I have bought 3 so far and still have most of the tubes left as you only have to use a tiny drop and it goes a long way. Incredible, I love these. I have milkshake, Pinkini, peachy keen and there great, I want all the colours because there so good for mixing together to create any colour imaginable. I'm addicted to lip products and i really like this for something different. i got this in the minx colour, its a lot pinker than i expected but still really nice! these are very handy for work when you don't want to be reapplying the whole time! I'm definitely going to get more of these, I'll get the pinkini the next time.

I have purchased milkshake and mauve over. I have been looking for a purple lip colour for a while and mauve over is brilliant. Its bright and stays on the lip for ages with only a tiny amount of product. Milkshake is a gorgeous nude colour that I have been wearing a lot. OCC Lip Tar Dupe

The sleek pout paints are reminiscent of the OCC lip tars minus the price tag! In my opinion they have an orange scent whereas the occ lip tars seem more minty. They have the consistency of a lip gloss but dry to a matte finish like a lipstick/lip stain so DO NOT apply like lipstick! Very little goes along way & for best application you do need to use a lip brush. Thus I never reach for them as I like to be able to reapply lip colour quickly & easily through out the day/night. I have Lava, Pin Up & Mauve Over which are all highly pigmented. If your a make-up artist / like lip tars &/ stains you'll like these but personally for every day/going out for the night they are a "No" for me.I will continue to play around with the ones I have but do not think I will be buying again

I ordered Milkshake. It's a good product in theory but I'm not sure it works in practice. A little goes a very long way and the application is nice but I wasn't crazy about the texture and found it didn't stay put very long. Might try it with a lip liner base and see if that helps with staying power. I'll definately use it again but not sure if I'd ever repurchase. (Posted on 10/05/2012) -

These are very similar to OCC's lip tars, but cheaper and they don't bleed like the lip tars.
A great selection of colours and they're mixed very easily. A tiny bit goes a long way. I have Cloud 9, Peek-A-Bloo, Pin Up, and Peachy Keen. They are excellent. I use them on photoshoots all the time and you'd swear they were brand new, the tubes are still really full.
They're great for when the kids have halloween parties and stuff too. Blue lips are a bit insane, but they are good fun for dressing up! My son loves it! :)

I've heard brilliant things about these. While I agree with some points I'm not so sure about others. People say the staying power is brilliant, will last for hours, through eating and all..... No I don't think so! It's lasts about the same as any regular lipstick. Blotting makes it last longer I guess. I have been a big lover of OCC Lip Tars but I said I would give these a try. I was blown away by the quality! You only need the tiniest bit of the product to create a gorgeous full lip look. The packaging it very appealing as well as the price. I also found that mixing the different colours together you can create some beautiful and unique creations. These Pout Paints are on my top list of must have lip products and I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested in trying something different from plain lipstick or an alternative to the more expensive OCC lip tars.
