theBalm Instain – Become a blushing beauty

Extra, extra…Read all about it – theBalm Instain is now available on Cloud 10 Beauty. If you are a fan of theBalm‘s multi-tasking beauty products, then you will absolutely adore these Instain blushers. Not only are the Instain blushers highly pigmented, they are also super long lasting so there is no need to top up your makeup on a night out or after a long day at work!

Before we talk about each shade individually, can I just express how much I love the fashion magazine style packaging? Automatically I linked these fashionable blushes with Vogue magazine and stacked them up like a pile of magazines. The packaging alone had me sold, but thankfully the product is amazing so it was a win win situation.

Argyle: The soft pink/fleshy toned shade certainly has a true-to-pan colour payoff, so make sure you apply Argyle lightly and build up your colour as desired. The fabulous Temptalia said “Argyle lasted well without fading or becoming patchy for a solid ten hours, so it is indeed long-wearing“. Even though the Instain is a staining blush, it was easily removed with cleanser at the end of the day, so you do not have to worry about waking up with rosy cheeks.

Lace: Described as a ‘neon’ pink, Lace is one of the brightest shades from the Instain Collection. If you are looking for the perfect Summer blush to add a pop of brightness to your cheeks, then Lace is the shade for you. Once again, as this shade is highly pigmented and bright, make sure you apply the product lightly to achieve a more natural, gorgeous glow.

Toile: The strawberry shade was created to give you rosy cheeks, day and night. Toile does not disappoint, it does exactly what it says on the tin (or cardboard in this instance). I have a feeling Toile will be making the cut for my summer makeup bag.

Swiss Dot: A peachy shade with a hint or coral! Nothing screams summer to me more than a coral shade. Match this with Kardashian Beauty En-Joystick Sea Coral for a fabulous spring/summer look.

Pin Stripe: The rich plum shade has a glorious hint of shimmer which really highlights your cheeks. The luscious shade is perfect when worn with a sultry smokey eye and it is also ideal for adding an extra oomph to a natural day time look.

theBalm Instain Pinstripe

Houndstooth: The versatile shade is ideal for pale skin and bronzed skin! The pinky, mauve shade can be built up to achieve the perfect shade for you.
