We are looking for an energetic Customer Service Agent to join our team.

This successful candidate will be responsible for handling all inbound customer service queries by various channels including email, phone, live chat and social media. The preferred candidate should be enthusiastic, with a ‘can-do' attitude and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.

What does the role entail?

  • Resolve all inbound customer service queries in accordance with company SLA's
  • Work together with team members and 3rd party suppliers to deliver a fantastic customer service experience and maximise customer first time resolution
  • Working with delivery partners to resolve issues quickly and where necessary instigate refunds to customers
  • Provide customer service to customers through a number of different communication channels, Phone, Email, Live Chat, and Social Media
  • Achieve query handling targets and standards

The successful candidate will:

  • Proven customer service skills in a fast moving environment
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
  • Strong customer focus
  • Experience and understanding of customer confidentiality, processing payments and other security procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Quick and decisive problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An interest in the beauty industry and beauty products is a strong advantage
