Senior Skin Specialist

Cloud 10 Beauty is looking for an experienced Senior Skin Specialist to join our team.

This role is for someone who is serious about skin health, consultation and delivering real results.

You will be part of a team focused on expert advice, personalised treatment plans and exceptional client outcomes.

About the Role

* This is a senior, client facing role within the skin team.
* You will be responsible for delivering advanced skin treatments, carrying out in depth consultations and building personalised treatment plans for clients.
* The role combines hands on treatment work with consultation, skincare recommendations and ongoing client management, ensuring each client achieves the best possible results.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct detailed, professional skin consultations using a structured and results focused approach
* Identify underlying skin concerns and create personalised treatment plans aligned to client goals
* Deliver advanced skin treatments to a consistently high standard
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatments based on skin response and results
* Build and manage long term client relationships focused on retention and outcomes
* Recommend and prescribe professional skincare to support and enhance treatment results
* Maintain accurate and detailed client records before and after every treatment
* Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and protocols meet the highest standards at all times
* Work towards individual and team performance targets including treatment revenue, retail and client retention
* Contribute to a positive, professional and high performing team environment

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 4 years experience in a professional skin clinic or advanced beauty environment
* Fully qualified Beauty Therapist with Level 3, ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent
* Proven experience delivering advanced skin treatments and working in a results driven environment
* Highly confident in consultation, skin analysis and building personalised treatment plans
* Strong ability to recommend homecare and prescribe complete skincare routines
* Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed targets across treatments, retail and client retention
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and guide clients with confidence
* Experience working with premium skincare brands and professional treatment protocols
* High standards in all areas of client care, treatment delivery and record keeping
* Professional, reliable and detail focused with a strong sense of ownership
* A natural leader who brings presence, energy and a collaborative mindset to the team
* Genuine passion for skin health, results and continuous development
* Experience in a consultation led, results focused clinic environment is essential

Preferred Experience

* Comfortable working with advanced skin treatments and technologies such as microneedling, skin peels, IPL, LED or similar
* Experience working with professional, clinic grade skincare brands such as SkinCeuticals, Obagi, Dermalogica or similar
* Used to working in an environment where targets, client retention and results all matter
