PIXI Lower Lash Mascara

PIXI Lower Lash Mascara makes applying mascara easier than ever. PIXI Lower Lash Mascara has a water-resistant formula with added Vitamin E and Panthenol to nourish and care for lashes. Apply from root to tip on the lower lashes, giving two coats for a natural but fuller lash look. For smaller lashes and adding detail, hold the brush vertically and wiggle in upwards motions to apply.
