how to use

First, fill the water tank with lukewarm water and close the seal shut. Position the tip inside your mouth as you lean over the sink. Turn on your Water Flosser, aiming the tip at your gumline. Start at your back teeth and work your way forwards to the front teeth, spraying water along the gumline. Floss both front and back of each tooth, pausing briefly between each tooth. Partially close your mouth to minimise water splashing, letting the water flow out of your mouth into the sink.

Horrible company

First time I used this product I had problems. I couldn't get the water to come through the tip no matter how long I charged the item. The light around the around the button was on but it wouldn't work. Contacted the company and they sent me a video. I watched the video which confirmed I was doing everything right. Send Spotlight another email and asked to exchange the item. This time they told me to hold the button down 3 second, which of course I had already done. Next, they told me to make a video of how I am using the item and it must be at least 30 second long!! REMEMBER THIS IS A WATER PIK NOT A COMPUTER. WHY THEY THINK SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO USE THIS EASY DEVICE IS BEYOND ME. I don't understand why they are making a simple exchange so difficult. I this point all I want is my money back. Horrible company and even worst customer service.
