how to use

Trace the precision tip along the upper lash line, working from the inner to outer corner. Keep the tip close to the lashes for a fine line, or build and extend the shape for a dramatic wing. For a cat-eye, angle the line upwards and outwards from the outer corner. Allow the liner to dry fully before layering.
