Lashes: Apply nightly to makeup-free lashes. aPply directly with a single stroke to the base of the upper eyelashes ( the lash root). Start from the inner corner of the eye and move toward the outer lashes. Allow one to two minutes for the serum to dry.
Brows: Apply a small amount all over your brows for a fuller and thicker looking brow. Or, apply a small amount on bald spots of your brows to stimulate growth. (Brows will only grow back on bald spots if the brow-root is still active).
