how to use

Apply a generous amount to damp hair, working from roots to ends. Comb through to distribute evenly, leave for 1 minute and rinse thoroughly. Do not leave on for more than 5 minutes. Follow with John Frieda Blonde+ Repair Bond Building Shampoo and Conditioner. Use 1–3 times per week as needed.
