how to use

Spray between five to ten sprays around the body and massage in. Apply after a bath or shower for optimal absorption, as the skin is warm, and the pores are open. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as eyes.
If your child is experiencing disrupted sleep, apply 2-3 sprays of Kid's Magnesium Sleep Spray direct to areas of concern (often the calf or feet) and massage in.
For severe restlessness, Kid's Magnesium Sleep Spray can be combined with the Better You Kid's Magnesium Bath Flakes, for the ultimate bedtime sleep preparation.
Tip:
The Magnesium Tingle: On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
