how to use

Spritz lightly 30cm away from skin or pillow. Allow the mist to settle on the pillow, then climb into bed.

I got a bottle of this as a gift in hospital - lads, I am riddled with ca*cer. I didn't expect much , but in hospital any source of comfort is welcome - well, it's so so nice. Castor oil, glycerine and hyaluronic acid mean it's going to be lovely on the skin. The scent is mainly from essential oils. It's lovely -so soothing and sleepy. I loved it so much I ordered the set
