A collaboration of artistry, vision and storytelling, the collection was requested on set by the film’s hair, makeup and prosthetics designer, Natalie MacGowan Spencer, helping bring the film’s characters and storytelling to life through makeup. The custom packaging and product names were also approved by author Suzanne Collins.

how to use

Shake well before use. Using the precision artist brush, apply the liquid eyeliner directly along the lash line, starting from the inner corner and working towards the outer corner. Build the line to your desired intensity or create a graphic wing for a more dramatic look. Allow the formula to dry and set without rubbing or disturbing the line.
