These bath salts are a marvellous mixture of magnesium chloride, lavender and popping candy that have been specially selected to create a soothing and calming effect on the body. Used before bedtime, the magnesium and lavender encourage a deeper, more sustained sleep cycle, as the magnesium soaks into the skin to sooth and relax tired muscles. These bath salts enable your child to wake up more refreshed and rested, preparing them for the next day of fun, excitement, and adventure.

Soaking in a magnesium-rich bath before bed allows for effective magnesium absorption through the skin, as the dermatologically tested and paediatrician approved flakes are suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin. Suitable for ages one and above, Better You Kids Magnesium Bath Flakes are perfect for all your little snapperwhippers!

how to use

Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase amount for a more intensive experience. It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes. 750 g of Magnesium flakes contains 90g of elemental magnesium. Magnesium Flakes are hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags. Use within 12 months of opening. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Tip:The Magnesium Tingle: On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation on the skin. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.

It was very fun bath time with a lots of popping sounds. Can't say anything about magnesium effect we don't have any muscle pains. Nice relaxing aroma.
