Better You Magnesium Oil Spray is a high concentration magnesium mineral spray. This oil spray for the body supports natural muscle recovery and aids relaxation in stiff and tense muscles. The massage oil that promotes overall wellbeing!

Why you need it

Better You Magnesium Oil Body Spray is a massage body oil - the strongest and purest magnesium supplement in the Better You range and provides the ultimate way to replenish magnesium levels. A simple and scientifically proven method of magnesium supplementation. 200mg of magnesium (57% NRV) is delivered with 10 sprays of this oil. This targeted spray is endorsed by informed sport for muscle stiffness and supporting calcium absorption. Magnesium Oil Body Spray is a saturated solution of ancient seabed magnesium chloride, one of the most soluble of all magnesium compounds. Formulated for topical use, BetterYou Zechstein Magnesium commences absorption immediately when massaged into the skin helping to promote overall wellbeing and natural relaxation. The magnesium used within Magnesium Oil Body Spray has been naturally purified over 250 million years to guarantee it is free from man-made pollutants and heavy metals. Magnesium is responsible for 325 chemical reactions inside the body and helps support calcium absorption, maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal psychological function, and healthy functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium also helps improve rest and recovery by contributing to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance and supports normal energy-yielding metabolism.

how to use

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Reapply whenever needed.10 sprays delivers 200mg (57% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. For children we recommend halving the dosage as their additional daily supplementation need is lower than that of an adult. Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of children's reach. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
Tip:
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.

About the Brand

Better You is a natural health company that specializes in innovative supplements that focus on the key nutrients that are lost through our ever-so changing diet and lifestyle. Founded by Andrew Thomas in 2006, Better You was the first brand in the world to develop a topically applied magnesium and nutritional oral spray, and has continued to develop in this area ever since. Better You understand that traditional tablet or capsule supplements rely on the digestive process, and absorption cannot be universally guaranteed. These products overcome absorption challenges and maximise nutrient delivery in the body, for greater benefit.
