Apply your usual toothpaste to your toothbrush. Dip the toothpaste-covered brush into the Diamond PAP powder, then brush as normal for two minutes. Rinse thoroughly after brushing. Spotlight recommends using the powder morning and evening as part of your daily oral care routine.

Note: Contains Sodium Monofluorophosphate. Not suitable for anyone under 16. Do not use if you have existing dental concerns such as ulcers, exposed gums or gum disease.
