Weleda Skin Food Light is a silky lotion that combines organic sunflower oil with natural extracts of skin-healing Calendula, soothing Chamomile, smoothing Viola Tricolor and revitalising Rosemary. It provides the skin with instant moisture and protects from drying out. Organic Cocoa Seed Butter and Organic Shea Butter mean this silky skin saviour glides on beautifully, instantly comforting thirsty skin. One of the best moisturisers I’ve ever used. Very hydrating but not too thick like the original. Leaves your face a bit oily so I usually use it in my night time routine.

So far I've only used

So far I've only used it on my face once, as a night cream, and I thought it was lovely.
I used it in desperation on a sore, cracked cuticle I butchered while attempting a home manicure and the effect was incredible. It's healed right up.
It's oily in an essential oils kind of way, but it's not greasy.
This is a bit of an "everything balm", along the lines of Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Protection Cream but lighter, so more useful for the face.
I can see myself using this a lot in Winter, as a night cream and as a treatment for cracked elbow skin etc.
