Hi would this serum or the face oil be better for slightly dry skin ?

Hi Terrie,
The serum is water-based so it would help to hydrate the skin though its main focus is brightening and restoring a more even skin tone. Dry skin types would most likely find the oil more beneficial for moisturisation. You can also mix a few drops of the oil with your moisturiser to make it even more mositurising.
