Created as part of the collection used to bring the film’s characters and storytelling to life on set, its lightweight hybrid cream-powder formula delivers multifaceted, iridescent sparkle and luminous sheen across the eyes, cheeks and skin. Pearlescent shimmers and micro-fine glitters catch the light for a brilliant, high-shine finish with a barely-there feel.

A collaboration of artistry, vision and storytelling, the collection was requested on set by the film’s hair, makeup and prosthetics designer, Natalie MacGowan Spencer, helping bring the film’s characters and storytelling to life through makeup. The custom packaging and product names were also approved by author Suzanne Collins.

Rainbow is a lightweight, all-over illuminator that gives eyes, cheeks and skin a multifaceted wash of iridescent colour and light. The bouncy, gossamer-light hybrid cream-powder formula has a translucent base that allows light to illuminate suspended pearlescent shimmers and micro-fine glitters, creating a brilliant, multidimensional finish with a barely-there feel on skin.

Wear it alone for a sheer, luminous wash of colour and sparkle, or layer it over your favourite eyeshadow to intensify shine and dimension. Apply it to the cheeks, high points of the face or eyes to create an elevated, light-catching finish.

Despite its high-shine appearance, the formula dries to a dry-to-the-touch, non-tacky finish that won't smudge. Its long-wearing, transfer-resistant formula makes it easy to build your desired level of luminosity, from a subtle veil of iridescence to a more dramatic, multidimensional glow.

Apply Heaven's Dew All Over Glimmer directly to the skin using fingertips or your preferred makeup brush. Wear alone on the eyes, cheeks or other high points of the face for a sheer, glossy-looking glow, or layer over eyeshadow to amplify shine and dimension. Build the product for a more intense sparkle or use sparingly for a subtle wash of iridescent light.
