Better You Joint Body Spray is a magnesium supplement body spray for direct muscle and joint application that gives a mild cooling effect to give effective magnesium absorption and help you stay supple and flexible.

Why you need it

Better You Joint Body Spray is a magnesium formulation of cooling menthol and eucalyptus oil to support normal joint function. 10 sprays deliver 100mg of magnesium and 50mg of glucosamine. BetterYou Magnesium Joint Body Spray is formulated to relieve muscle stiffness and improve joint flexibility. The formulation is absorbed immediately when sprayed onto skin, replenishing the body with this essential mineral. Enhanced with glucosamine for direct muscle and joint application. The smell is extremely pleasant however little or no aroma remains on the skin (unlike liniments or creams) after a few minutes of application. Responsible for over 325 chemical reactions inside the body, magnesium helps support calcium absorption, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Glucosamine is believed to encourage cartilage formation and helps maintain joint lubrication, promoting strength and movement.

how to use

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Reapply whenever needed. Contains 600 sprays. Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of children's reach. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
Tip:
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.

About the Brand

Better You is a natural health company that specializes in innovative supplements that focus on the key nutrients that are lost through our ever-so changing diet and lifestyle. Founded by Andrew Thomas in 2006, Better You was the first brand in the world to develop a topically applied magnesium and nutritional oral spray, and has continued to develop in this area ever since. Better You understand that traditional tablet or capsule supplements rely on the digestive process, and absorption cannot be universally guaranteed. These products overcome absorption challenges and maximise nutrient delivery in the body, for greater benefit.
