how to use

Spray between five to ten sprays around the body and massage in. Apply after a bath or shower for optimal absorption, as the skin is warm, and the pores are open. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as eyes.
If your child is experiencing disrupted sleep, apply 2-3 sprays of Kid's Magnesium Sleep Spray direct to areas of concern (often the calf or feet) and massage in.

Tip:
The Magnesium Tingle: On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation.
