L'Oréal Professionnel Curl Expression Curl-Activator Jelly is a heat protectant jelly for enhancing curls and coils and protecting hair against heat up to 230°C/450°F. This formula is highly concentrated with actives including Glycerin 2%, Urea H and Hibiscus seed extract. This unique experience holds your hair in place with the deep care of a cream and extra hold of a jelly, leaving no 'crunch' feeling to the hair.
