Kérastase Première Decalcifying Repairing Pre-Shampoo Treatment is a dual action strengthening, decalcifying pre-treatment for all types of damaged hair. It removes excess calcium and helps repair persistent damage, working to reconnect broken keratin links and restores hair strength and structure. Hair is left stronger, smoother, and shinier.

Hard water with calcium can further damage already delicate over-processed or bleached hair. Because it’s more porous, damaged hair can absorb up to 3 times more calcium than natural hair.

Formulated with 8% Pure Citric Acid & Glycine, the Pre-Shampoo Treatment works from the inside out to reset and revive your hair. It decalcifies hair from this calcium overdose, and works to repair it from the inside out, restoring hair strength, and reversing its stiff, dull appearance putting an end to that flat, lifeless look. With its lightweight, transparent gel texture, it dives deep to repair even the most stubborn damage, leaving your strands refreshed, reinforced, and totally renewed.

how to use
Apply generously on wet lengths before shampoo and massage throughout. Leave on for 5 minutes. Don’t rinse. Layer Première Shampoo directly on top to maximise efficacy. Rinse and follow with Première Conditioner or Mask.

I would recommend this pre shampoo if your hair is damaged in any way and to prevent breakage I put it on wet hair and let it sit for 30minutes works really well with the shampoo and conditioner from this range which are excellent . A lovely treat for your hair- good for blondes.
