Hair Stylist

Cloud 10 Beauty is looking for a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys what they do, takes pride in their work and consistently loves to deliver great results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a full range of cutting, colouring and styling services with creativity and a high standard of finish
* Create colour work including highlights, balayage and toning that feels considered, modern and tailored to each client
* Provide styling, blow dries and occasion hair with attention to shape, movement and overall look
* Consult with clients to understand their hair, lifestyle and preferences, and guide them towards styles and colours that suit them
* Work with hair condition, texture and tone to achieve the best possible result for each client
* Take pride in the detail and finish of every service, ensuring consistency across your work
* Build lasting relationships with clients through great results and consistency, while playing your part in creating a positive, well organised salon environment

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Hair Stylist with a minimum of 3 years experience
* Strong experience across cutting, colouring and styling
* Confident in your work and comfortable guiding clients through consultations and recommendations
* Takes pride in delivering a high standard and consistently great results
* Professional, reliable and a good team fit

Preferred Experience
* Experience working with professional, salon grade haircare brands such as Kérastase, L'Oréal Professionel, Alfaparf or similar
* Comfortable working in a busy salon environment across a range of colour and styling services
