how to use

Shake well before use. Hold the can approximately 15–20cm from the skin and spray generously and evenly onto all exposed areas at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Rub in if needed to ensure even coverage. Reapply every two hours, and after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Avoid prolonged sun exposure, even while wearing sunscreen.
