A: The specialised moisture complex is an advanced hydrating blend of ingredients that occur as part of the skin’s Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF). With age and accumulated environmental damage, skin becomes less able to replenish these hydrating substances, leading to dryness and dullness. Lack of these moisturising factors also impacts skin cell turnover (causing it to slow & become uneven) leading to a water imbalance in the uppermost layers. Key ingredients in this complex include sodium PCA, sodium hyaluronate, glycerine, urea and trehalose.

Great service, product caused bad skin reaction

The service was excellent as my order was dispatched immediately but unfortunately the product didn't agree with my skin and I had a really bad reaction (really itchy and sore) so I can't use it. I've never had such a reaction with any other products and didn't think my skin was that sensitive but this one was a hard no. Surprising as it is supposed to repair the barrier but for me I think it destroyed it. I had to get cicaplast baume b5 to calm the itching
