Better You Kids Magnesium Sleep Spray is a magnesium body spray that has been designed for children to help them relax and unwind at bedtime. The perfect addition to any bedtime and storytime routine, this body spray can be sprayed anywhere on the body and gently massaged in to aid a restful night's sleep and tranquil family moments.

Why you need it

Better You Kids Magnesium Sleep Spray has been specially designed to encourage a restful nights sleep for children, as the specially selected ingredients create a soothing, relaxing effect on the body and relieves worry and stress in the mind. This body spray has been both dermatologically tested and paediatrician approved, so you can be sure you€™re giving your little one the best support throughout the night. Suitable for sensitive skin, this spray can be used at bedtime from ages 1 and above to create a restful, calm environment.

Help your child fall into a deeper, more restful nights sleep with magnesium that controls muscle relaxation, supporting the recovery and development of energetic, growing muscles and bodies. Lavender adds a light scent to the spray to create a soothing atmosphere and relaxing aromatherapy experience. Chamomile induces sleep, so your little ones fall sleep faster. This gorgeous blend of sleep helpers improves the regulation of a sleep cycle, enabling children to take up more refreshed and ready to take on their adventures of learning and growing.

how to use

Spray between five to ten sprays around the body and massage in. Apply after a bath or shower for optimal absorption, as the skin is warm, and the pores are open. Apply anywhere on the body, avoiding delicate areas such as eyes.
If your child is experiencing disrupted sleep, apply 2-3 sprays of Kid's Magnesium Sleep Spray direct to areas of concern (often the calf or feet) and massage in.
For severe restlessness, Kid's Magnesium Sleep Spray can be combined with the Better You Kid's Magnesium Bath Flakes, for the ultimate bedtime sleep preparation.
Tip:
The Magnesium Tingle: On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.

About the Brand

Better You is a natural health company that specializes in innovative supplements that focus on the key nutrients that are lost through our ever-so changing diet and lifestyle. Founded by Andrew Thomas in 2006, Better You was the first brand in the world to develop a topically applied magnesium and nutritional oral spray, and has continued to develop in this area ever since. Better You understand that traditional tablet or capsule supplements rely on the digestive process, and absorption cannot be universally guaranteed. These products overcome absorption challenges and maximise nutrient delivery in the body, for greater benefit.
