Better You Magnesium Muscle Body Spray is a supplement massage spray that stimulates blood flow to support muscle recovery. Containing a natural blend of magnesium chloride, this muscle oil massage spray works to add gentle heat to the skin to speed up recovery and relaxation time on tense and overworked muscles.

Why you need it

Better You Magnesium Muscle Body Spray is a natural muscle relaxant spray, naturally fragranced from lemon oil to give effective magnesium absorption. 10 sprays deliver 150mg of magnesium and contribute to electrolyte balance. Magnesium is vital for optimal muscle contraction, skeletal strength, energy production and assists in sustaining the high oxygen consumption necessary for athletic performance. Better You Magnesium Muscle Body Spray helps replenish magnesium, supports optimal performance during training and aids muscle recovery post-training. An essential mineral in exercise recovery, Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the normal functioning of muscles and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Magnesium also supports normal energy-yielding metabolism. It also plays a part in normal psychological function and healthy functioning of the nervous system.

how to use

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Ideal after exercising and showering. Reapply as required. For best results, apply to clean skin. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. For training support - Apply a minimum of 10-20 sprays, morning and night to help restore magnesium levels. Increase dosage during intense training. For recovery - Apply to muscle area and thoroughly massage into the skin. Repeat as often as required and keep area warm. Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of children's reach. For external use only; Avoid contact with eyes; Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
Tip:
On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in.

About the Brand

Better You is a natural health company that specializes in innovative supplements that focus on the key nutrients that are lost through our ever-so changing diet and lifestyle. Founded by Andrew Thomas in 2006, Better You was the first brand in the world to develop a topically applied magnesium and nutritional oral spray, and has continued to develop in this area ever since. Better You understand that traditional tablet or capsule supplements rely on the digestive process, and absorption cannot be universally guaranteed. These products overcome absorption challenges and maximise nutrient delivery in the body, for greater benefit.
