Bought second box. Definitely seen an improvement in my sleep quality.

Taste pretty amazing :heart_eyes:. It's a mix of a few vitamin B's and VitD. However, I found that the body was definitely not using the vitamins as most ended up in pee every day :sweat_smile:. Vitamin D is fat soluble unlike the B's so needs some healthy fats with consumption of it, but what was disappointing is the lack of Vitamin K that's needed on pair with D. Will probably continue using for the B but will buy Vitamin D +K spray separately after finishing the pack.
