how to use

Electric Toothbrush: Apply a pea-sized amount of children’s toothpaste to the brush head. Brush all tooth surfaces gently for two minutes, twice daily, with adult supervision.

Toothpaste: Use a pea-sized amount for children aged 3 to 6, and a smear for children under 3. Encourage your child to spit out the toothpaste after brushing rather than swallowing it.

Floss Picks: Gently guide the floss between teeth, using a clean section for each gap. An adult should assist younger children.

Journal & Sticker Pack: Encourage your child to track their daily brushing and flossing routine in the journal, using the stickers to celebrate consistency and make oral care fun.
