Sunscreen over moisturiser

I use this as a sunscreen over my serums & moisturiser, before makeup. I have to use mineral sunscreen as others sting my eyes. A lot of mineral ones are greasy messes, leave you looking like Casper, or dry your skin completely. This Is one of the better ones, but it has some cons too...it's not overly greasy, but on days that am not wearing makeup it needs powder. It leaves a slight white cast & am already pale...so you need something to warm your face up maybe bronzer or something. I would prefer something you could wear & go completely bare-faced without the need for powder or bronzer, but despite the lovely texture & moisturising properties...this ain't it.

Is this a sun cream or a Moisturizer with some spf? Will it give as much protection as an spf 30 alone?

It is a moisturizer with SPF And its excellent. It will give you the best protection. You need to put enough on your face and under your eyes etc. It gives amazing base for makeup. I use it also on my face when I go on holidays. I used to buy the skin recovery moisturiser with spf which is also excellent but this one is great for the summer and it has extra environmental and blue light protection! Plus other anti aging ingredients

This product contains two mineral sunscreens, Titanium Dioxide 5.25% and Zinc Oxide 6.12%, which is comparable to products which are marketed as facial sunscreens. This should give you plenty of protection for incidental sun exposure if you use the appropriate amount and follow the instructions. If you are planning on spending extended periods of time in the sun or taking part in outdoor sports or water-based activities you might prefer to opt for a higher SPF.
