Kevin Aucin mascara

I heard so much about this I had to get it. I am disappointed though! It claims not to give panda eyes or fall down under eyes but I didn't find this to be the case unfortunately. so I am still now in search of a really good mascara, not harsh like waterproof ones but the search continues!!
