how to use

Step 1: Swipe along the skin of the upper lash line on both eyes. Do not wash off. Step 2: Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before apply other eye products. You do not need to apply to lower lash line. Apply twice daily, morning and night. Use on clean, dry skin.
