Vitamin C FAQs

Which vitamin C serum should I choose?

For a high-strength serum, The Ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% or SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic. For everyday use, the Alpha-H Vitamin C Serum. For stressed or sensitive skin, the Skin Formulas Vit C Serum.

Which strength of vitamin C should I choose?

Around 10% is a good place to start. Higher strengths, from 15% up, suit skin that is already used to vitamin C.

Is vitamin C good for dark spots?

Yes. As an antioxidant, it helps brighten skin and even out the look of dark spots over time. Wear a daily SPF too, as sun exposure makes dark spots more noticeable.
