Beauty Therapist

Cloud 10 Beauty is looking for a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with clients, takes pride in their treatments and cares about creating a great experience for every person who walks through the door.

About the Role
This is a hands on role within the salon team, focused on delivering treatments to the highest standards and a consistently high level of client care.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of beauty treatments to a high professional standard
* Carry out facials with a focus on skin health and client experience
* Provide treatments such as nails, brows and general beauty services
* Conduct client consultations and provide appropriate treatment and aftercare advice
* Provide tailored aftercare advice and recommend at home skincare to support and maintain treatment results
* Maintain accurate client records before and after treatments
* Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest hygiene standards
* Provide a welcoming, professional and friendly experience for all clients
* Support the wider team in maintaining high service standards

What We’re Looking For
* Fully qualified Beauty Therapist with Level 3, ITEC, CIDESCO or equivalent
* Experience delivering a broad range of beauty treatments
* Confident in client consultations and providing aftercare advice
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* A warm, professional and customer focused approach
* Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
* A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and continue developing your skills

Preferred Experience
* Experience with advanced treatments such as skin peels and IPL
* Experience working with professional, clinic grade skincare brands such as SkinCeuticals, Obagi, Dermalogica or similar
* Used to working in an environment where targets, client retention and results all matter
