Love this shampoo

Cloud 10 customer services are brilliant. I have to say this firstly. There was a problem with the courier and it was sorted immediately. I will be using Cloud 10 again. The shampoo and conditioner work for me. Plus, as with all Marissa Carter products, the price point is amazing!

I'm so angry I couldn't find more information online (beside good reviews) before buying this.Claiming to be kind,it contains Cocamide DEA (3rd on the list),an aggressive and cheap ingredient,but for me it's even worse,I can't use products with CDEA altogether,because it's the trigger of my eczema.The ingredients are nothing special in general,it has parfum and propanediol in the middle and parabens are substituted by phenoxyethanol.It smells nothing like peaches or gardenia,it smells like a cheap deodorant or universal house cleaning solution,harsh and disgusting.I washed my hair once with it (to test) and it's just the most average shampoo there is.One wouldn't expect a shampoo advertised like this and being a limited edition to be worse than mass market brands,some of which really stepped up their game,in fact.If you want an overpriced,foul smelling shampoo with average effects,go for it.
