Pestle & Mortar Nimbu Body Lotion is a light yet luxurious ceramide-enriched body lotion formulated with vegan cholesterol, turmeric root extract, and niacinamide. The body lotion combines a clinically-proven ceramide complex with healing ingredients and an uplifting citrus scent.

Pestle & Mortar Nimbu Body Lotion uses Curcuma Longa (Turmeric) Root Extract, an extract from the powder from the root of the Turmeric plant. Turmeric has a long history in Ayurvedic medicine. In addition to acting as an anti-inflammatory agent, turmeric gives a natural glow and lustre to the skin.

Additionally, it is enriched with ceramides which are fats that make up over 50% of the skin’s natural composition. As we age, the ceramide levels in our skin deplete, leading to dry skin and visible signs of ageing. They are an anti-ageing powerhouse ingredient when combined with other skin-replenishing ingredients like cholesterol and niacinamide.
