This lip liner is smooth and easy to apply, you can use it to over line and reshape your lips, or as a base all over to make your lipstick stay in place. It's long-lasting and stays in place for up to 6 hours without smudging or feathering. Formulated with jojoba seed oil which locks in moisture and nourishes your lips to keep them soft. Dermatologically tested and suitable for all skin types. The pencil also comes with a vegan brush on top for professional application.
