Paula's Choice Skin Recovery Enriched Calming Toner is a milky toner with super skin restorative qualities.

This toner contains Evening Primrose oil which helps to relieve dry, even flaky skin leaving it glowing and silky-smooth. Vitamin E is an anti-oxidant with healing and moisturising properties, while Niacinamide and Lecithin both help to restore skin's own protective barriers. This toner is also perfect for anyone with Rosacea or Eczema - use it after cleansing to help skin restore and repair itself.

After cleansing, apply a little bit of toner on a cotton pad to your face and neck. Do not rinse off.
Follow with an exfoliant, antioxidant serum and/or a day or night cream suitable for your skin type.
For daytime, always use a moisturiser with a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or greater.
