Apply to clean, dry skin using fingertips or a blender sponge. Apply all over the face, focusing on cheekbones, temples, and bridge of the nose. Follow with your CC Cream or foundation if desired. Alternatively, apply But First, Base on top of your foundation for instant radiance.
