All next day delivery orders for Ireland must be placed before 6pm Monday - Thursday for delivery the following day.
Orders received on Friday before 6pm are delivered on Monday, the next business day. Next Day delivery orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays or after 6pm on Friday will be processed and shipped on the following business day for delivery on the next working day after that.
Your delivery will require a signature so it is always best to have your parcel delivered where someone will be available to receive it. A work address is good for this reason, but if you are having your order sent to work please remember to include the company name and the department where you work. You don't want someone else receiving all your new goodies!

International Delivery

International delivery is free on orders over €25/€50/€75 or currency equivalent depending on delivery destination. For orders under this amount the delivery rates start from €3.95 and will vary depending on total weight of your order and the country we are shipping to. The shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process. You can see the total shipping cost in order review on the checkout page before you click place order.

Tracked International delivery rates start at €4.95 or free for qualifying orders. Free Tracked International Delivery is available to Europe for orders over €150 and Rest of World for orders over €75/€100/€150 or currency equivalent depending on delivery destination.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination. Delivery to Europe usually takes between 4-7 working days and delivery to the rest of the world usually takes from 5-8 working days. We do not ship orders exceeding 2Kg in weight to destinations outside of the UK and Ireland. If your order weighs more than 2kg you might consider splitting your order into two separate orders. You will be notified during checkout if your order weight exceeds the limit for your destination.

* We do not offer a standard delivery service to the following countries:  Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Greece, India, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Macedonia, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philipines, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, American Express and Paypal.
We will automatically send you an order confirmation email or text the moment you submit your order to the email address or number you supplied during checkout. If you don't get it, check to make sure you gave us your correct email address and also check your junk-mail folders. If we need any further information to complete your order we will be in touch by email, phone or text. Otherwise your order will be dispatched as soon as possible.
We will send you a shipment confirmation email or text as soon as your order has been dispatched.
You can check the status of your order and also review your purchase history in the My Account section when you are logged in.
If you have forgotten your password click on the forgot password link when logging in. Your new password will be emailed to you. You can then change this password after you have logged in in the My Account section.
Returns We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with it, we will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted goods less the cost of sending the item to you when the items are returned to us with 14 days from date of delivery. Returned items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully with their original packaging and any free samples and/or free gifts received along with a completed returns form. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty upon arrival we will happily refund your item including all postage when it is returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. How to Return Products Please contact us to obtain a returns form, which you will need to print and fill out. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form. The returns form will give you the correct return address details. Please note that your return must be sent back within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns will be examined upon receipt and we will refund your payment as quickly as possible by the original payment method, no later than 10 days after we have received the returned goods. We do not accept returns on sale items except where required by law. Please note that Cloud10 Beauty cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us. All qualifying orders can select up to 3 free samples in your shopping bag before checking out. If your order qualifies for free samples, you will be asked to select these samples in your shopping bag before you proceed to checkout . These samples will be included with your order.
